The importance of having a good sitting posture is that it will help your muscles loosen up and it can also help reduce the strain on your eyes by putting you head-level with the computer. This not only helps you be more comfortable it helps your typing get faster and improves your posture in the long run.
No matter how flawless your sitting posture is it can get painful sitting in the same posture for hours at end. So I recommend that you take mini breaks for 5 minutes or so after every 30 minutes of sitting oradjust your posture and seat to get more comfortable for 5 minutes and then switch back to your “flawless posture”.Remember to get out and do something active to be more productive.
